Welcome to Tontitown Water Utility's Plumbing Permit Application webpage. Follow the step-by-step process to complete the Service application.

Once you have submitted your online application, TWU staff will review your application and contact you if there are any questions. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of your plumbing permit fee. When we have received your payment, the approved plumbing permit application will be emailed to you.

The plumbing permit alone does not satisfy the requirements set forth by the City of Tontitown Water & Sewer Commission. Please contact the City of Tontitown Water & Sewer Department at your earliest convenience to determine what requirements, if any, will be required before you will be entitled to have access to water and sewer from the City of Tontitown.
