Miscellaneous Construction Permit Application

Welcome to City of Tontitown’s Miscellaneous Permit Application. Follow the step-by-step process to complete the application.

Once you have submitted your online application, City staff will review your application and contact you if there are any questions. Once your application has been reviewed, you will be notified of your permit fee.

Replacement stickers may be issued for a fee.

Stickers must be placed on the Inspection Box prior to inspection being scheduled.

SITE PLANS REQUIRED. MUST CONFORM TO ALL SETBACKS.
