I agree to provide a site plan drawn to an Engineers scale (1'=10, 20, 30, etc) 42"”x32” folded to 8 1/2x11. Must include lot dimensions, setbacks, easements, utility connections.

I agree to submit two paper copies of building drawings and one PDF copy. Must include floor plan and elevations. A PDF file can be uploaded below, emailed to planning@tontitownar.gov, or delivered to the Tonitown Planning Department.

A PERMIT BECOMES NULL AND VOID IF WORK OR CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZED IS NOT COMMENCED WITHIN 6 MONTHS, OR IF CONSTRUCTION OR WORK IS SUSPENDED, OR ABANDONED FOR A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS AT ANY TIME AFTER WORK IS STARTED

All provisions of laws and ordinances governing this type of work will be complied with whether specified herein or not. I understand inspections by City Inspectors will be made only to determine compliance with construction codes and not to assist the owner in properly locating the structure. I acknowledge my responsibility to insure, by boundary line survey if necessary, that the location of the structure will confirm to setback requirements of the Tontitown Zoning Ordinance. I understand granting of a permit does not presume to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of any other state or local law regulating construction or the performance of construction.
