Tontitown Water Utilities is committed to preserving the public health and the natural environment.

We want to serve you in the most efficient, courteous manner possible. We realize that we operate at the pleasure of the public.

We provide safe drinking water and a sanitary disposal method after it goes down the drain. We are proud participants in the Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority (NACA) which is a regional approach to our area’s wastewater needs. The NACA facility is a state of the art treatment facility designed to achieve the highest level of protection of our region’s streams and water supply.

The City of Tontitown Code Enforcement department (479-361-9168) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the citizens of Tontitown by providing effective public service in the enforcement of the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code, all city codes related to such matters as maintenance of structures and premises, business licenses, and public nuisance. We are committed to working with both citizens and businesses in a professional and effective manner to achieve a cleaner, healthier and safer city.

These are great opportunities to get to know your local Tontitown Police Officers & Tontitown Fire Fighters. During the events our officers and fireman answer many questions, provide crime prevention tips, fire safety awareness, and assist with citizen requests.

Tontitown's Harry Sbanotto Park is located at 235 E. Henri De Tonti Blvd, just behind City Hall and the Tontitown Historical Museum.

With its ancient Oak trees providing shade, Tontitown’s Harry Sbanotto Park is a cool place to hang out. Situated on a 13-acre plot beautifully landscaped with grass and trees, the park features two covered Pavilions with tables, bar-b-que grills and picnic benches perfect for family get-togethers and social occasions.

Enjoy the Park’s Gazebo which is a perfect spot for wedding, prom or Senior pictures. Rest and recreate using the park’s baseball diamond, covered bocce ball court, basketball court, horseshoe pits, volleyball nets, and tennis courts.

Children can have loads of fun on the playground with many features for ages 2 – 12, or just drop by and take a stroll on the Father Joe Walking Trail that winds 1/3 mile through the Park’s green and pleasant terrain. The trail is lined with tree-shaded park benches. For those who want to take advantage of evenings on the Father Joe Walking Trail, it is now lit for your walking protection and enjoyment.

The Harry Sbanotto Park is open daily from sun up to sundown, and all facilities are open to the public and free for all to use. We do recommend that you make a reservation for use of the covered Pavilions and Gazebo. This assures one will be available for your event or party on the day and time you’ve scheduled. If you do not reserve, it is a first-come, first-serve basis.

RESERVATION FEES - Pavilions and Gazebo are $10/hour for a minimum of 2 hours with a maximum fee of $60 for 6 hours..

All fees are used for the care and upkeep of the Park. To make a reservation, call the Administrative Assistant at (479) 361-2700 or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Call early – the Pavilions are reserved well in advance for most weekends during the warm months (April – October).

Tents are not allowed in the Park. Please also be aware that alcoholic beverages and unauthorized parking on the grass are not permitted in the Harry Sbanotto Park. All pets must be kept on leashes, and they are not allowed in or on the playground. Failure to comply will result in a fine imposed by the City of Tontitown. Please clean up after your pet to help us ensure that no child comes in contact with something that will cause a health hazard. Pets must be kept to the walking trail and away from the playground areas.

A complete listing of Park rules is posted in the enclosed sign casing at the main entrance of the Park. CLICK HERE to read the rules in advance of visiting the park. For any questions, please contact the City at the number listed above.
