Pavilion/Baseball Field Reservations

Payment MUST be made in advance and there will be no refunds for any reason. 

All reservations are on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. Nothing is reserved until paid for. We do not accept cash payments. Reservations received Monday-Thursday will be processed by close of the next business day. Reservations received Friday-Sunday will be processed by Tuesday of the following week.   

Reservations for Pavilions and Gazebo:
– $10/hour ( 2 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum )

Reservations for Baseball Field:

 – One Day – Family or Special Events: $10/hour ( 2 hour minimum, 6 hour maximum )
 – Team Play with recurring dates: – $10 Per Session. ( 1 ½ Hour Increments)
No One team may have more than two (2) days per week reserved, in advance.
Monday – Friday practice times will be limited to 5:00 p.m – 6:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
This opens up more availability for other teams to have an opportunity to practice.

Little League – No charge – Times & day restrictions are same as Team Play

Those who reserve a pavilion, gazebo or baseball field are responsible for their clean-up of that site. There are garbage cans available for your use. Anyone who leaves their rental area dirty will be not be allowed to rent in the future. Reserve early – the Pavilions are reserved well in advance for most weekends during the warm months (April – October). Once we have received your request we will contact you for your fee. A RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED FOR ANY RESERVATION. You will be given the opportunity to upload a signed copy of this agreement at the bottom of this form, or you can deliver a signed copy to the City Administrative offices.
